Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 1324 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to taxicabs, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: ' "SEC. 1324. LICENSE.FEE. The fee for each driver's license or the annual renewal of the same shall be $2.50 per year, or any part thereof, and shall entitle the licensed driver to the badge required in this chapter to be worn by him. Such fees shall be paid to the License Assessor and Collector." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3.
