AN ORDINANCE REP ALINR action 3613, Chapter 35 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1944.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah;
SECTION 1. That Section 3613 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake Cite1944, as amended, relating to the licensing of amusement
devices be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective
as hereafter provided.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect August 15, 1954.
