AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-9-2 (a) of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to BONDS OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF SALT LAKE CITY.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-9-2 (a) of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to bonds of appointed officers and
employees of Salt Lake City be, and the same hereby is, amended to read
as follows:
"Sec. 25-9-2. Bonds. (a) Each of the following appointed
officers and employees shall execute a bond with good and suffi-
cient sureties to be approved by the Board of Commissioners paya-
ble to the city in the penal sum as hereinafter specified conditioned
for the faithful performance of the duties of his office or
employment and the accounting for and the payment of all moneys
received by him, according to law and the ordinances of the city:
(1) Superintendent of Parks and Public

(2) Superintendent of Wasatch Springs

SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 15th July
day of 1959.
