AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the bound-
aries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding
thereto a new paragraph to be known as Item 81, as follows:
"ITEM 81.
"The following described real property in Residential "R-6"
as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Commercial
"C-1" Classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed
accordingly.
Property on the east side of 10th East:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 4,
Fairmount Springs Addition, Block 45, Ten Acre Plat A,
Big Field Survey; thence East 150.0 feet; thence South
50.0 feet; thence West 150.0 feet; thence North 50.0
feet to the point of beginning.
Property on the West side of 10th East:
All of Lots 27 through 40, Block 3, Geneva Place, Block
45, Ten Acre Plat A, Big Field Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-6"
Classification to Commercial "C-1" Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
13th day of June, 1968. 7
