AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX ON PROPERTY AIUTPING ON ^ORTIONS OF
ELEVENTH EAST STREET, BLAINE AVENUE AND WIL;ON AVENUE, TO DEFRAY THE
EXPENSE OF LAVING WATER MAINS IN SAID STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUun;1J, OF SALT TAKE CITY, UTAH:
Section 1. That said-City Council doth hereby levy a tax upon
the property hereinafter described, abutting on Eleventh Fast Street,
Blaine and Wilson Avenues, to defray the expense of laying water mains
in said streets oposite said property, and it is hereby adjudged,
determined and established that the same will be especially affected
and benefitted by said improvement to the full amount of the tax hereby
levied, and the same is hereby assessed at an equal and uniform rate
in accordance with the linear foot frontage upon ssid streets.
The tax here`-y levied and to be assessed is the sum of Three Thousand
One Hundred Fifty-three and 29/100 lellers,ov.-79/100 Dollars per
front foot, and the City Treasurer is hereby directed, in accordance
with the provisions of this ordinance, for the purpose herein named,
, the following property fronting upon said streets and to a depth of
81 fifty feet back therefrom:
All of lots 1 and lots 48 to 57 inclusive, block 3, West Grand
View Add. All of lot 1 and lots 49 to 55 inclusive, block 2, West
Grand View Add. All of lots 1 to 5 inclusive, Block 1, West Grand
View Add. The south 48.8 feet of lot 13 and the north 21.2 feet of
lot 14, and all of Lot 15, Block 1, five acre plat A. All of Lot 11
and -the north 257.2 feet of lot 10, Block 1, five acre plat A. All
of Tot 56, Block 5, Perkins's Grand View Add. All of lots 16 to 23
inclusive, Block 3, Perkins's Grand View Add. All of lots 1 to 10
inclusive, block 7, Perkins's First Addition to Grand View.
All of lots 2 to 24 and the west 85 feet of lot 1, block 3,
West Grand View Add. All of lots 24 to 48 inclusive and the west
85 feet of. lot 49, Block 2, Wes t Grand View Add.
All of Lots 2 to 10 inclusive, the west 1.5 feet of lot 1, and
the east 12 feet of. lot 11, Block 2, West Grand View Add. The West 81tx1
64.5 feet of the east 116.0 feet of lot 14, Block 1, five acre plat
A. All of lots 56to 12 inclusive, the west 46 feet of lot 5, and
the east 12 feet of lot 13, block 1, West Grand View Add. The west
57.0 feet of the east 158.0 feet of lot 14, block 1, five acre plat .
