An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 58 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt hake City of 1903.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 58 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
'Lake City of 1903, be, and the same hereby is amended and re-enacted
so as t,/read as failaw :

the erection, construction or r
apair of any buildiii-}upon an
property located upon a street, alley, court passage-way or area
within four hundred (400) feet of a sewer along any street or
alley of this City until a connection of such material and size
of pipe as shall be approved by the City Engineer, has been
laid from such sewer to within six (6) feet of the foundation
of said building.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and perts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
