AN ORDINANCE 'JACATING a portion of 2irst .;est Street
between Harris Avenue and Seventeenth South Street in Malt Lake
e City.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of .salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That that portion of First lest Street be-
tween Harris Avenue and seventeenth South Street in Salt Lake
City be and the same is hereby vacated as a public street, to-
wit:
Beginning at southwest corner of Lot 2,
Block 2, Richland Addition, same being a subdivision
of Lots 1, 2, 3 & 20 of Block 10, 5-Acre Flat A, Big
Field Survey; thence North 541.2 ft.; thence nest
33.0 ft.; thence South 541.2 ft.; thence Est 33.0
ft. to place of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-
ono days after its passage.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Bali Lake City,
Utah, this 1Lth day of July, A. D. 921.
