v � and Princeton Avenue and east of llth East Street in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
"r Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
0 n Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley between Harvard Avenue and
Princeton Avenue and east of llth East Street in Salt Lake City,
Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 51, Block 3,
Park View, a subdivision of part of Block 17-A, Five Acre
Plat A, Big Field Survey; running thence east 13 ft. to
the northwest corner of Lot 52, said block and subdivision;
thence south 292 ft. to the southwest corner of Lot 41,
said block and subdivision; thence west 13 ft. to the south-
east corner of Lot 42, said block and subdivision; tj}ence
north 292 ft. to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as an alley, street, avenue or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property and also subject to the right of entry there-
on for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing,
removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.

Be it ordained by the Boara of Com-
missioners of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1.That an alley between Hay.
