Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section 145 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to prohibited parking at certain hours, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "SCHEDULE 14-e "Refer Section 145 "PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN HOURS "(a) Parking during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on any of the following described streets is prohibited: 5th East, east side, from 13th South to 21st South Street. 7th East, east side, from the south city limits to 350 South. 8th West, east side, from the south city limits to 9th South Street 9th East, east side, from 4th South to 9th South Street. 9th East, east side, from 9th South to 21st South Street. 9th East, east side, from 21st South to the south city limits. 13th East, east side, from 4th South to Highland Drive. 13th South, north side, from 5th East to Edison Street. 13th South, north side, from llth East to Lake Street. 13th South, north side, from 2nd West to 4th West Street. 17th South, north side, from 13th East to West Temple Street. 20th East, east side, from a point 200 feet north of 27th South to the east leg of Stratford Avenue. 21st South, north side, from 23rd East to 13th East Street. 21st South, north side, between Main and State Street. 27th South, north side, from Alden Street to 9th East Street. Foothill Drive, east side, from 21st South to 100 feet north of Emerson Avenue, except in those areas where parking is prohibited at all times. Highland Drive, east side, from 21st South to Edgehill Street. West Temple, east side, from the south city limits to 9th South Street. "(b) Parking during the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on any of the following described streets is prohibited: 5th South, south side, from Douglas Street to 13th East Street. 8th West, west side, from Dalton Avenue to the south city limits. 9th East, west side, from 21st South to the south city limits. 13th East, west side, from 4th South to Highland Drive. 17th South, south side, from West Temple to 13th East Street. 21st South, south side, from 13th East to 23rd East Street. 21st South, south side, between Main and State Street. 27th South, south side, from 7th East to Alden Street. Foothill Drive, west side, from 23rd East to 21st South, except in those areas where parking is prohibited at all timess Highland Drive, west side, from 27th South to the south city limits. e �'s c„�e� -2- " (c) Parking during the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, on any of the following described streets is prohibited: 2nd East, west side, from 4th South to 5th South Streets, and the metered loop proceeding west from 2nd East to the City and County Building. 4th South, south side, from 2nd East to State Street. 5th South, north side, from 2nd East to State Street. State Street, east side, from 4th South to 5th South Street. On the grounds of the City and County Building. " (d) Parking during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any of the following described streets is prohibited" State Street, both sides, from North Temple to 2nd North Street. "(e) Parking during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any of the following described streets is prohibited: 2nd North, both sides, from Main Street to East Capitol Boulevard. 5th East, both sides, from South Temple to 4th South Street. 6th East, both sides, from 4th South Street to a point midway between 3rd and 4th South Streets. 22nd East, west side, from 13th South to Roosevelt Avenue. Vine Street, east side, from Center Street to 2nd North Street. Wilmington Avenue, both sides, from Elizabeth Street to 13th East Street. "(f) Parking during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on any of the following described streets is prohibited: Denver Street, both sides, from 9th South to Williams Avenue." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub- lication. Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 17th day of May, 1972.
