Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance amending Section 589 of Chapter 13 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners November 12, 1918, relating to
salaries of the City Engineer and Assistant Oity Engineer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 589 of Chapter 13, of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, as amended by an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners November 12, 1918, relating to
salaries of City Engineer and Assistant City Engineer, be, and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 889. SALARY. The City Engineer shall receive
not to exceed the sum of $3,900.00 per annum. The Assistant
City Engineer shall receive not to exceed the sum of $2,700.00
per annum/
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one days
after publication.
