AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4709 of the Salt Lake City
Building Code, 1933 edition, as amended by bill No. 26 passed by the
Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City on June 25, 1956, and as
further amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City on March 16,gg 1937, February 24, 1938, August 30,
1938Ldrelatiingbto zo$ing3a striats.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 4709 of the Salt Lake City Building
Code, 1933 edition, as amended by bill No. 26 passed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City on June 25, 1936, and as further amend-
ed by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City
and December 20 1939,
on March 16, 1937, February 24, 1938, axot August 30, 1938L relating
to zoning districts, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and
to Paragraph "B" thereof a new paragraph designated as Item 16, which
shall read as follows:
"Item 16. The following described real property in Resi-
dential B-2 District as shown on the "Use District Map" is here-
by changed to hesidential B-3 District classification, and the
"Use District Map" described in Paragraph "A" of this ordinance
is hereby amended and changed accordingly:
The North 100 ft. of the east 100 ft. of Lot 8,
Block 13, Plat "F", Salt Lake City Survey.
That said "Use District Map" is hereby changed and
altered to show the above described tract of land as a part of
Residential B-3 District.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
