tween 8th and 9th North Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt

SECTION I. That portions of Oakley Street between 8th

��l and 9th North Streets in Salt Lake City,'Utah, more particularly
c described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 54, Block ;8,
Oakley, a subdivision of part of Sections 26, 27, 34 and
35, T. 1 N., R. 1 W., S. L. B. B M., thence north 693.36
feet, thence west 22 feet, thence south 693.36 feet, thence

east 22 feet to the place of .beginning.
Also beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, B1ock
19, aforesaid Oakley subdivision,. thence north 693.37 feet,
thence east 22 feet, thence south 693.37 feet, thence west
22 feet to the place of beginning.;
be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be
public property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian

Said. vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way of any and every description now located in, on,
under or over the confines of the above described property and
also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of in-
specting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering
or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication. / ; j
