That alley between Major Street and State I` � ( Street south of 13th South Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more ' - particularly described as follows: i='. LL Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 27, Montana Subdivision of Blk. 11, 5-Acre Plat 'A', Big Field Survey, thence west 1)}0 ft., thence north 10.11 ft.
