AN ORDINANCE VACATING alley running south from Lucy
Avenue between 1st and 2nd West Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt

Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley running south from Lucy Avenue
between 1st and 2nd West Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah, more
iparticularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 23, Fox's
Subdivision of part of Lot 2, Block 23, 5 Acre Plat A,
Big Field Survey; running thence south 132 feet to the
southeast corner of Lot 20, said subdivision; thence north-
easterly 17.2 feet more or less to a point in the west
line of Lot 17, said subdivision; thence north 127.05 feet
to the northwest corner of said Lot 17; thence West 16.5
feet to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as an alley, street, avenue or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of ail public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property and also subject to the right of entry
thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re-
placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of
them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTIOIJ 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.

Be it ordained by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley r ning
south from Lucy Avenue between 1st
and 2nd West Streets in Salt Lake City,
Utah, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of
Lot 23, Fox's Subdivision of part of
Lot 2, Block 23,5 Acre Plat A,Big
Field Survey; running thence south
