AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and to
said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 51, as follows:
"ITEM 51. The following described real property in Residential
"R-6" classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Business "B-3" classification and the Use District Map is hereby
amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at a point on the West line of 9th East Street
125 ft. North of the North line of 5th South Street, thence
West 125 ft., thence North 370 ft., thence East 125 ft.,
thence South 370 ft. to the point of beginning, this being
part of Lots 1, 7 and 8, Block 30, Plat "B", Salt Lake City
Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the above described tract of land as Business "B-3" District Classifi-
cation.`
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this llth day of August , 1961.
