AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning
and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing
the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by adding in and to said section, the following:
"The following described real property in a Residential
"R-6" District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as a Commercial "C-1" District and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
"Between 7th and 8th South Streets and from the east
side of 1st West Street, east 495 feet to the line of the
existing Commercial "C-1" property, being the west 495
feet of Block 14, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 27th day of May , 1969.
