Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance amending Chapter 19 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City of 1913, by adding in and to said chapter a
new section to be known as Section 690x1.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 19 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City of 1913, be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding in and to said chapter a new section to be known as
Section 690x1, said new section to read as follows:
SECTION 690x1. No permit such as is provided for
in this chapter shall be granted or issued by the Chief
of the Fire Department until the applicant therefor has
obtained a license and has paid the fee therefor, as
provided in Section 851x1 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City of 1915.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one
days after its passage.
