AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1423 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, as amended by ordinances
passed by the Board of Commissioners on March 26,1936, and
• February 23, 1938, relating to traffic.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That Section 1423 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, as amended by ordinances passed by the
Board of Commissioners on March 26, 1936, and February 23, 1938,
relating to traffic, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissiohers,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
