AN ORDINANCE VACATING/6th Avenue from the East line of "U" Street
to the West line of Virginia Heights Addition; all abutting property
owners having petitioned for the vacation.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah.
SECTION 1. That a portion of 6th Avenue from the East line of "U"
Street to the West line of Virginia Heights Addition, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 34.02 feet South of the Northwest
corner of Lot 4, Virginia Heights Addition, a part of
the N.W. 1/4 of the S. W. 1/4 of Section 33, T1N, R1E,
m to SLB&M; thence West 90.68 feet to the East line of "U"
o Street; thence North along the East line of said "U".
• . Street 81.5 feet; thence East 90.64 feet to the West
o y line of aforesaid subdivision; thence South along the

Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
