AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby;.is, amended by
adding in and to said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 40,
as follows:
"ITEM 40. The following described real property in Business
"B-3" classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
changed to Commercial "C-1" classification and the Use District Map
is hereby amended and changed accordingly:
The west half of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 103, all of
Lots 4 and 5, Block 96, the west half of the north 311.0
feet of Lots 4 and 5, Block 85, all of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 1,
Block 97, and the north 300.0 feet of Lots 7 and 8, Block
84, all in Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the above described tract of land as part of Commercial "C-1"
District Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this llth day of September, 1963.
