An ordinance amending; and re-enacting Section 1 of an ordinance
passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, February 8, 1909,
and approved by the Mayor February 9, 1909, relating to City 'Weighers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt .Lake City, Utah:
' SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance passed by the City
.Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, February 8, 1909; and approved by
the Mayor February 9, 1909, relating to City Wvei;;hers,.be, earl '� f.e ., r`
sa_:e is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read a•s 'follov's:
SECTION? 1. The Mayor, by and with'the advice and consent

and act without compensation from the city.
SECTI0id 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinance
