47 o` Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
- , j 3' SECTION 1. That Clinton Avenue between Cortez and East
Capitol Streets (excepting therefrom the area occupied by the exten-
i- h sion of a 20 ft. alley through said streets) of Salt Lake City, Utah,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Blk. 19, Plat
IV", Salt Lake City Survey, thence south 66 ft. thence west
140 ft; thence north 66 ft; thence east 140 ft. to the place
of beginning.
Also
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 2, Blk. 19, Plat
IIJtt, Salt Lake City Survey; thence south 66 ft; thence west
140 ft; thence north 66 ft; thence east 140 ft. to the place
of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be
public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and
every description now located in, on, under or over the confines
of the above described property, and also subject to the right of
entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing,
replacing, removing, altering or recuting said utilities and all
of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
