That Clinton Avenue between Cortez and East Capitol Streets (excepting therefrom the area occupied by the exten- i- h sion of a 20 ft. alley through said streets) of Salt Lake City, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Blk. 19, Plat IV", Salt Lake City Survey, thence south 66 ft. thence west 140 ft; thence north 66 ft; thence east 140 ft. to the place of beginning.
