AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 20-2-107 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 101 of 1959, relating
to business license by deleting therefrom subparagraph 8 of paragraph (i)
relating to definitions.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 20-2-107 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955i, as amended by Bill No. 101 of 1959, relating
to business license, be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting there-
from subparagraph 8 of paragraph (i) .
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City, Utah, that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 16th day of August , 1962.
