AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a
new paragraph to be known as Item 74, as follows:
"ITEM 74.
"The following described real property in Residential "R-4" classi-
fication, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to
Residential "R-6" Classification and the Use District Map is amended
and changed accordingly:
Beginning at a point 37.18 rods north and 12 feet east from
the southwest corner of Section 17, T.1 S., R.1 E., S.L.B. & M.,
running thence north 60.64 feet; thence west 41.0 feet; thence
south 60.64 feet; thence east 41.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-4"
classification to Residential "R-6" District Classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
29th day of August , 19670
