AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley between 14th and 15th East Streets and Redondo and Hollywood Avenues. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the alley between 14th and 15th East Streets and Redondo and Hollywood Avenues, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Westminster Heights Plat "A"; a subdivision of Lots 18, 19 and 20 and part of Lot 1, Block 10, Five Acre Plat "C", Big Field Survey; thence south 12.0 feet to the northeast ✓ A corner of Lot 58 of said Block 2; thence west 728.59 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 30 of said Block 2; thence north 12.0 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 29 of afore- said Block 2; thence east 728.64 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
