Result ] AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance emending Section 545 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City of 1913, with reference to the salaries of the
deputies and assistants of the City Auditor, as amended by an ordi-
nance passed by the Board of Commissioners December 3, 1913.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 545 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City of 1913, with reference to the salaries of the deputies
and assistants of the City Auditor, as emended by an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City December 3,
1913, be, and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 545. APPOI NTl;i'TS. DEPUTIES. _SSIOT DTS. The
Board of Commissioners shall appoint a competent person to the
position of deputy auditor, at e salary of eighteen hundred
(. 1,800.00) dollars per ennum.
In the absence of, or during the disability of the city
auditor, the deputy auditor shell exercise all the functions
and powers of the city auditor. He shell give bond to the city
in the sum of five thousand (:,,,5,000.00) dollars.
One chief accountant at a celery of sixteen hundred End
twenty (yr1,620.00) per annum.
One warrant clerk at a salary of fourteen hundred and
forty ( -1,440.00) Per annum.
