Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on Herbert Avenue between Eleventh East and
Twelfth Ent Streets, and on Twelfth East Street between i.Iichigan
and Yule Avenues, in Paving District Eo. 31 (Paving Extension No.
132) , for the purpoe of providing for the grading, curbing and
guttering, constrI cting drainage system and private driveways,
installing water services and sewer connections, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissiners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 7, and 14 to 16, inclusive, Block 17-A; 1 to 18,
inclusive, and 45 to 54, inclusive, Block 1; 1, and 31 to 55,
inclusive, Block 2, Gilmer Square Subdivision, Block 17-A, all in
Five Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, abutting on Twelfth East
Street between I:dichigan and- Yale Avenues, and on Herbert Avenue
between Eleventh Last and Twelfth Last Streets, in Paving District
ITo. 31 of Salt Lake City, for the ,purpose of providing for the
grading„ curbing and guttering, constructing drainage system and
private driveways, installing water services and sewer connections,
and paving said portions of said streets is hereby confirmed, and
the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby
confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
