AN ORDINANCE V, ALL OF THOSE LOTS, BLOCKS, STREETS,
avenues and alleys, or those portions thereof, located in Capitol
Hill Addition First Filing, a platted subdivision, being a part of
Section 29, T. 1 N., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., which subdivision is
recorded in Book 'B' of Plats, pages 11 and 12, in the office of
the Salt Lake County Recorder; and also vacating all of those lots,
blocks, streets, avenues and alleys, or those portions thereof,
located in Capitol Heights Second Filing, a platted subdivision,
being a part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, T. 1 N., R. 1 E.,
S. L. B. & M., which subdivision is recorded in Book 'B' of Plats,
at page 92, in the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder; both
of which said subdivisions are located in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake
County, State of Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That all of those lots, blocks, streets, avenues
and alleys, or those portions thereof, located in Capitol Hill Ad-
CJT dition First Filing, a platted subdivision, being a part of Section
29, T. 1 N., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., as shown on the official plat
thereof as recorded in Book 'B' of Plats, pages 11 and 12, in the
office of the Salt Lake County Recorder, be and the same are hereby
vacated as lots, blocks, streets, avenues and alleys, or portions
thereof, of said Capitol Hill Addition First Filing , as shown on
the official plat thereof recorded in the office of the Salt Lake
County Recorder.
SECTION 2. That all of those lots, blocks, streets, ave-
nues and alleys, or those portions thereof, located in Capitol
Heights Second Filing, a platted subdivision, being a part of the

Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, T. 1 N., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., as
shown of the official plat thereof as recorded in Book 'B' of Plats,
at page 92, in the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder, be and
the same are hereby vacated as lots, blocks, streets, avenues and

' alleys, or portions thereof, of said Capitol Heights Second Filing,
! as shown on the official plat thereof recorded in the office of th=
( Salt Lake County Recorder.
SECTION 3. Said vacations are made expressly subject to
all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities
of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the
confines of the above described subdivisions, Capitol Hill Additio
First Filing and Capitol Heights Second Filing, and also subject t.
the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintain
ing, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said
utilities and all of them.
SECTION 4. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
'lit is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication. (
