AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley which runs east oo d west between McClelland Street and llth East Street at Downington Avenue, all abutting property owners having petitioned for the vacation. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1 . That an alley located east and west between McClelland Street and lith East Street at Downington Avenue, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, West Grandview Subdivision of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 1 , 5 Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey; thence South 18.3 feet; thence West 137.34 feet; thence Northeasterly to the Southwest corner of aforesaid Lot 1; thence East 134.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the altering or rerout- ing said utilities and all of them.
