AN ORDINANCE AMENDING that portion of Schedule 14-g
referred to in Section 147 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake
City, relating to two-hour parking time limit on 3rd West
Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That that portion of subsection (a) of
Schedule 14-g referred to in Section 147 of the Traffic
Code of Salt Lake City, relating to two hour parking time
limit on 3rd West Street, both sides, from North Temple
Street to 1st North Street, be, and the same hereby is
amended to read as follows:
3rd West Street, east side, from North Temple
Street to 1st North Street.
3rd West Street, west side, from North Temple
Street to a point midway between North Temple
Street and let North Street.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 24th day of May, 1972.
