Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the 15 foot alley located between Indiana Avenue and 800 South Street, running east from Montgomery Street to Cheyenne Street, through Block 1, of the Evan's Addition to Poplar Grove Subdivision in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particu- larly described below, be, and the same hereby is vacated and declared no longer to be needed or available for use as a public street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Evan's Addition to Poplar Grove Subdivision, a subdi- vision of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, T1S, RIW, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence running west 374.6 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 14 of said Block 1; thence north 15 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 16 of said Block; thence east 374.6 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Lot 30 of said Block; thence south 15 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is expressly made SUBJECT TO all existing rights of ways and easements of all public utilities of any and every description, found and located on, in, under or over the confines of the above-described property; and also SUBJECT TO the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of obtaining, altering, repairing, replacing, removing, or rerouting said utilities and all of them. Said vacation is also SUBJECT TO any existing rights of ways or easements of private third parties. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its first publication.
