Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance repealing an ordinance known as 871x of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to licenses, passed
by the Board of Commissioners September 4, 1913; and enacting a new
ordinance to be added after Section 871x of Chapter 33 of said
Revised Ordinances, relating to licenses.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 871x of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City of 1913, as passed by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City September 4, 1913, be, and the same is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That a new section be added to Chapter 33 of said
Revised Ordinances following Section 871x, to be known as Section
871x1, relating to licenses, as follows:
SECTION 8.71xl. It shall be unlawful for any peddler or
vendor, licensed under the provisions of this Chapter, to stand
or station himself for the purpose of selling his wares, within
four hundred and sixty (460) feet of any public school property
in Salt Lake City between the hours of 8 o'clock A. M. and 4
o'clock P. M., on all days when such school is in session.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.

Utah, May 6th, 1915.
