Chairman Result AN ORDINANCE An Ordinance amending Section 40, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed. by the Board of Commissioners, the 13th day of April, 1920. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That Section 40, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1913, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of. Commissioners on the 13th day of April, A. D. 1920, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 40. Appointments. The Board of Commission- ers may appoint the following officers, assistants and em- ployes of the Board of Health, who shall receive annual salaries, payable monthly, not exceeding the amounts as follows: Health Commissioner u3300.00 First Assistant Health Commissioner . 1680.00 Second Assistant Health Commissioner , . 1680.00 The Health Commissioner and Assistant Health Com- missioners shall each receive the sum of 135.00 per month for transportation and expenses.
