AN ORDINANCE .,JJPEA ING an ordinance passed by the Board
of Commissioners December 27th, 1923, levying an assessment on
property in Lots 1 to 52 incl., Blocks 4 end 5, Albert Place,
Block 3, Plat 'rC"; Lot 26, Block 5, Albert Place, Block 3, and
Lots 1 and 28 to 38 incl. Block 1, Subdivision of B. of Block
10; all in Plat "C", bait Lake City survey, abutting alleys running
from 7th to 8th ,lest, between 8th and 9th South; east side of 8th
Jest, Genesee Ave. to 1st alley north, and west side of 7th Jest,
7th to 8th South, in Sewer District No. 2 (Sewer :xtension No.409).
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That that certain ordinance passed by the
Board of Commissioners the 27th day of December, 1923, for the
levying of an assessment upon the property in Lots 1 to 52 incl.
Blocks 4 and 5, Albert Place, Block 3, Plat "C"; Lot 26, Block 5,
Albert Place, Block 3, and Lots 1 and 28 to 38 incl. Block 1, Sub-
division of s;.2 of Block 10; all in Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey,
abutting alleys running from 7th to 8th :test, between 8th and 9th
south; east side of 8th ',Jest, Genesee Ave. to 1st alley north, and
west side of 7th Jest, 7th to 8th South, in Sewer District No. 2
(Sewer .extension No. 409), for the purpose of providing and con-
structing a sewer in said district and upon said streets, be and
the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace health and safety of the inhabitants

of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediate-
ly.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
