AN ORDIN`14Nei AMENDING SECTION 6714 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances
passed by the Board of Commissioners on February 21, 1945, April
17, 1945, and August 17, 1945, relating to zoning.
Be it ordained " by the. Board of Commissioners of Sait
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 6714 of the Revised Ordinances of-
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the
Board of Commissioners on February 21, 1945, April 17, 1945, and
August 17, 1945, relating to zoning, be and the same is hereby amend-
ed by adding in and to said Section a new paragraph to be knouvn as
Item 6, which shall read as follows:
"ITEM 6. The following described real property in Resi-
dential "A-3" and "B-3", as shown on the Use District Map, is
hereby all changed to Residential "B-3" classification anu tale
Use District Map is hereby amended and changed accordi::6.14:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 2,
5-Acre Plat 'A', Big Field Survey, running thence East 726
feet to 8th East Street, thence North 287 feet, thence West
200 feet, thence South 89 feet, thence West 526 feeet to 7th
East Street, thence South 198 feet to the place of beginning.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered
to show the above described tract of land as pat of Residen-
tial B-3 District."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
is it necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
z SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon Its
first publication.
