That that certain portion of the land hereto- fore dedicated as a public park in Progress Heights 2nd Addi tion, and as shown upon the official plat thereof, recorded in lz the office of the Salt Lake County Recorder and more particu .�, larly described as follows: Beginning at a point 541.53 feet west of the south- east corner of Block 4, Progress Heights 2nd Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of Salt Lake County Recorder; thence southwesterly, or to L7 the left, a distance of 118.91 feet as measured on the - arc of a curve having a radius of 133 feet; thence north- - westerly 79.37 feet to the point of intersection of the center of Emigration Creek and the south line of Lot 12, - Block 9, 5 Acre Plat ICI, Big Field Survey; thence east along said lot line 165.56 feet to the point of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be a public park or public property for use by the general public as such.
