AN ORDINANCE Result 1 AN ORDINANCE VACATING alley running East and West between Emerson and Kensington Avenues and East of 16th East Street; all abutting owners having petitioned for the vacation. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, --I Utah. SECTION 1. That an alley running East and West between Emerson • and Kensington Avenues and East of 16th East Street, more particularly a '')• described as follows: ro Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 43, Block 2, University Heights 2nd Addition, a subdivision of part of Lot 6, Block 12, Section 16, T1S, R1E, SLB&M, and Block12, 5 Acre Plat C, Big Field Survey; thence South 12.0 feet; thence West 475.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 12, of aforesaid Block 2; thence Southwesterly to the North- % aciai West corner of Lot 13, of aforesaid Block ow, v 2; thence North 62.0 feet to the Southwest kr7 corner of Lot 24, of aforesaid Block 2; a thence southeasterly to the southeast corner o m of aforesaid Lot 24; thence East 475.0 feet o to point of beginning. b 4 be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public ti property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
