SECTION 1. That the assessment list mode by the City Treasurer

vision, Block 82; 1 to 26, inclusive, and 27 to 52, :inclusive, Block
2, University Subdivision. Block 75, all in Plot "C", Salt LI•ke City
( Survey, abutting on tie east side of Eighth West Street between Firs',
