Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING -SECTION 1013 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt,Lake City, Utah, 1920, as amended by an
ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners January 28,
1926, relating to clerks and deputies in the office of the
City Recorder.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah;
SECTION I. That Section 1013 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, as amended by an ordinance passed
by the Board of Commissioners January 28, 1926, relating to clerks
and deputies in the office of the City Recorder, be and the same
is hereby amended by changing the second paragraph of said section
to read as follows:
One chief deputy city recorder at a salary of $2,280.00
per annum.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and safety
of the inhabitants of said, city that this ordinance Make effect
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect on April
1, 1927. •
