That alley between Ashton Avenue and Driggs ' r+ Avenue and between Highland Drive mad 13th East Street in Salt Lake 1-- 1 ''' City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 11, Block 3, Union Heights, a subdivision of part of the N.E.1/4 of Sec. 20, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & N.; running thence South 152.5 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 6, said Block and Subdivision; thence East 42 feet; thence Southeasterly 7.5 feet to the east line of Lot 5, said Block and Subdivision; thence North 21 feet to the south line of Lot 12, said Block and Subdivision; thence West 26.2 feet; thence Northwesterly GZ 8.L feet to the West line of said Lot 12; thence North 130 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 12; thence West 16 feet to the point of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley oi, pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry there- on for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immedi- ately.
