Lake City, Utah, hereinaf described.

Utah.
SECTION 1. That the alley between Filmore and Glenmare Street
running north from 27th South Street, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1799, Highland
Park Plat "A", a subdivision of part of Section 21, T1S,

east corner of Lot 60, said Block 10; thence south 11.5 feet;

of beginning.
Also, begnning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 9,

SECTION V. Said vacations are made expressly subject to all existing
rights-of-way and easements of all public utilities of any and every descrip-
tion, now located in, on, under, or over the said property and also subject
to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining,
repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all
of them.
SECTION VI. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, health, and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.

SECTION VII. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
