Mr.Chairman . -1 AN ORDINANCE Result \' O�,/ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1955, relating to zoning, boundaries of Use Districts. K. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. SECTION 1. That Section 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, be and the same is hereby amended by adding in and to said section two new paragraphs to be known as Items 1 and 2, which items shall read as follows: "ITEM I. The following described real property in Residential R-6 District, as shown on the Use District Map is hereby changed to Commercial C-i District classification and the Use Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: "All of the property along 4th South Street from 3d Fast Street to 165 feet east of 9th East Street that was previously zoned "B..3", and the property from Ca 165 feet east of 3d East Street and 165 feet south of 3d South Street and 165 feet northyof 4th South Street to 165 feet east of 5th East Street whichwas previously, zoned "B�2", the area more particularly described as, follows: "Commencing at a point at the northwest corner of the intersection of 4th South and 4th East Streets; thence West 495 feet to the east boundary of the present commercial district; thence north 495 feet; thence east 1585 feet more or less to a point 165 feet east of the east line of 5th East Street; thence south 330 • feet; thence east 625 feet to the east line of 6th East Street; thence north 50 feet; thence East 660 feet to the west line of 7th East Street; thence South 50 feet; thence east 1875 feet, more or less, to a point 165 feet east of the east line of 9th East Street; thence south 460 feet to a point 165 feet south of- the south line of 4th South Street; thence West 1250 feet more or less to a point 165 feet west of the West - line of 8th East Street; thence north 165 feet to the south line of 4th South Street; thence West 1385 feet more or less to the southwest intersection of 4th South and 6th East Street; thence South 165 feet; thence West 445 feet to Hazel Court; thence South 75 feet; thence West 215 feet to the east line of 5th East Street; thence north 50 feet; thence west along , the present boundary of the "B-3" area 790 feet to the east line of 4th East Street; thence north 320 feet more or less to the north line of 4th South Street;- thence west 130 feet to the point of beginning, this area being part of Blocks 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 29, 30, 31, 33 and 34, Plat B, Salt Lake City Survey. Excepting therefrom the following described real property: "Commencing at a point at the northwest intersection of 4th South St. and 4th East Street, thence West 410 feet more or less to the previous Re®idential "B-3" zone; thence north 247 feet; thence east 80 feet, thence north 822 feet; thence east 330 feet to the west line of 4th East Street; thence south to the place of beginning, being a part of the south one-half of Block 36, Plat 'B', Salt Lake City Survey." That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show the above described tract of land, less that part excepted, as part of Commercial "C-1" District classification.
