Mr.Chairman r AN ORDINANCE Result / -- - - -- --__ ---- r AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Late City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, m ro Utah: a) SECTION 1.'' That Section 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Sett ao Lake City, Uteh, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing boundaries of the o Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in aa d to i° t said section a new paragraph, to be known as Item 8, as follows: a "ITEM 8. The following described real property in Residential g "R-4" and "R-6" classifications, as shown on the Use District Map, o -0c are hereby changed to Residential "R-2" classification and the Use `11 °, Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly: a x "Commencing at the Southwest corner of 5th North Street and 13th West Street; thence West along the South line of 5th North ,) Street 689.50 feet to the West line of 14th West Street; thence o South along the West line of 14th West Street 280 feet; thence South 43°15t West 52 feet; thence West 97.78 feet; thence North w vs 63020►West 233.98 feet; thence North 630401 West 107.0 feet; thence North 69°131 West 194.0 feet,, thence South 35°351 West 42 - feet to the existing Jordan River;to a point '125 feet plus or minus South of the South line of 4th North Street, said point being on the projected South line of the existing Business B--3"zone; thence West 370 feet more or less to the East line of Redwood.Road; thence South along the East line of Redwood Road 2770.4 feet more or less to a point 165.0 feet North of the North line of North Temple Street, said point being on the North line of the existing "C-1 zone; thence East along the North line of the existing "C-1" zone 1722 feet, more or less, to the East line of Garside Street; thence South along the East line of Garside Street 15.0 feet; thence East along the North line of the existing "C-1" zone 200 feet to the West line of the existing Trailer Zone; thence North along the West line of the Trailer Zone 1160 feet; thence East along the North line of the Trailer Zone 1580 feet, more or less, to the West bank of the Jordan River; thence Northerly along the West and Southerly bank of the Jordan River to where the projected West line of 13th West Street would intersect with the South bank of the Jordan River; thence North along the West line of 13th West Street 2410 feet, more or less to the point of beginning; "Also commencing at the Northwest corner of 13th West Street and 5th North Street; thence North along the West line of 13th West Street 305.75 feet; thence West 278.75 feet; thence South 10.0 feet; thence West 590.75 feet to the Northwest corner of Block 5, Waverly Subdivision; thence Southeasterly 158 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of Block 5 of said subdivision; thence East 754.5 feet to the point of beginning, more particularly described as all of Blocks 3, 4, and 5 of Waverly Subdivision." 6 - 2 - That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show the above described tract of land as part of Residential "R-2" District Classification.
