Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That certain portions of Nelson & Earley's Sub- division, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby are, vacated and declared no longer to be public property: Beginning at a point which is East 30.89 feet from the center of Section 3, T. 1S., R. 1W., S. L. B. & M., said point being the Northwest corner of Nelson & Earley's Subdivision, said point also being the north line of Kansas Avenue, and running thence east 1287.0 feet along said line to the northeast corner of said subdivision, rfe said point being the east line of Cheyenne Street, thence south 660.0 feet along said line to the southeast corner of said subdivision, thence west 1287.0 feet to the southwest corner of said subdivision, thence north 660.0 feet along the west line of said subdivision to the point of beginning. subject Said vacation is made expressly/to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des- cription now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon, for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, re- placing, removing, altering, or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health, and safety of the inhabi- tants of Salt Lake City, Utah, that this ordinance become effec- tive immediately. SECTION 3.
