That the a.,aasamOnt list made 4 the City Treasurer .1 as corrected, approved and 040let.t by the Saari, of 10slization and 1ewi tc, ketetofore duls *pPe411tet by the City_Cou*eil for that pur- pose of the property inlets 8 and 4, Block 4$4 3', 2, 8, 4 and 6, Stook 65; 1 and 8, BleCk-44, all in Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the south side of Second South Street between Fourth West and Fifth West Streets; en the north side of Seoead South Street be- tween Third West and Fourth West Streets; and on both sides of Fourth West Street between First South and Second South Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments male and returned in said completed lists are hereby eonfirned.
