Streets;

of part of the N.W.4 of Sec. 26, T. 1 N., R. 1 W., S.L.B.
& M.; and running thence South 24 feet; thence West 16
feet; thence North 21.E feet to the southeast corner of Lot
i 2, said Block and Subdivision; thence East 16 feet to the
point of beginning.
2. Extension of vacated alley between Oakley Street and
12th West street:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 3,
Thos. W. Jennings North Salt Lake Addition, a subdivision
of part of the N.W.-1 of Sec. 26, T.l N., R. 1 W., S.L.B. &
M.; and running thence South 24 feet; thence West 16 feet;

beginning.
3. Extension of vacated alley between 12th West Street
and Colorado Street:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4,

part of the N.W.* of Sec. 26, T.1 N., R.1 W.,S.L. B. & M.;
and running thence South 24 feet; thence West 16 feet; thence
North 21; feet to the southwest corner of the N.W.4 of said
Sec. 26; thence Easy 16 feet to the point of beginning;
be and the same are hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
i c property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian ways.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property and also subject to the right of entry

thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re-
placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all
of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
