Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the alley between Ramona Avenue and Garfield Avenue and 6th and 7th East Streets, more particularly described as follows, be,.and the same hereby is, vacated and no longer declared to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: • Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 28, Block 3, Rosedale Subdivision, a subdivision of part of Block 3, 5 Acre Plat "A" Big Field Survey and running thence East 434.0 feet 'to the Southeast corner of Lot 12, said block and subdivision; thence South 15.0 feet to the Northeast cornerof Lot 56, said block and subdivision; thence West 434.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 40, said block and subdivision; thence North 15.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing, removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
