AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALLEY between 12th West Street
and Colorado Street and between Leadville Avenue and Talisman
Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1 SECTION 1. That alley between 12th West Street and Colo-
rado Street and between Leadville Avenue and Talisman Drive in Salt
Lake City, Utah, more `particularly described as follows:
eJ� Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, B1ocl; 1,
Cone & Roberts Addition, a subdivision of part of Sections
26 and 27, T. 1 N., R. 1 W., S. L. B. & M.; running thence
north 908,0 ft. to the northwest corner of Lot 15, Block 4,.
said subdivision; thence west 17 ft. to the northeast cor-
ner of Lot 14, Block_4, said subdivision; thence south_908.0
ft. to the southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 1, said subdivi-
sion; thence east 17 ft. to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
C\2 rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and
every description now located in, on, under or over the confines
of the above described property and also subject to the right of
entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repair-
ing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and
all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance ahall.become effective imme-
diately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
