AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
df Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, UtahE,
SECTION 1. That the "Use District Map" as adopted by Section
$1-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as
amended, relating to the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the
Same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in a Agricultural
'A-1' district, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as an industrial 'M-1' district and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at a point 1102.2 feet East and 1923.9
feet South of the Northwest corner of Section 9,
T1S, R1W, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point
also being the southeast corner of Block 1, South
Buena Vista Plat 'B' Subdivision; thence West along
the north line of 9th South Street 266 feet; thence
North 475 feet; thence East 266 feet; thence South
475 feet to the point of beginning."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 13th day of June, 1972.
