AN ORDINANCE .
Granting a Right of Way to the Utah Light and Railway
Company over certain streets in Salt Lake City and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE City Council of Salt Lake City:
Section I. That the right of way for a single or double track
"railroad is hereby granted to.the Utah Light and Railway Company on
2nd West Street, commencing at its terminus on that Street at the
Warm Springs; thence northerly alalig. said 2nd West Street, and in
the center thereof as near as practicable, to 9th North ,Street; also
a branch line from said. 2nd West Street easterly on any Street.`or
over the private grounds to which Salt Lake City now has or may here-

is known as the Bamberger Limestone Quarry, in that vicinity.
SECTION II. Sa\i.d Utah Light and Railay Company is hereby
